Hi DIY'ers.
I've designed a box with WinISD pro alpha and it gives me a port length.
I've made the box with 22 mm wood and have cutted the place for the port. Does the 22 mm thickness counts as some of the port length? It's because I'm going to start the port from the inside of the box (It's a large square hole) to make it easier to make the port.
Hope my question makes sense... didn't now how to explain it.

Simon H.A.

Greets!
Correct, subtract 22 mm from the total vent length. With a fixed design such as yours that's not easy to change, hope you used the projected power limit to sim with otherwise your vent may be way too small for good performance at high SPL and got the tuning close enough to perform well in room.
