Default Big stompy HT subwoofer on the cheap - best driver?

I've seen a few reasonably sized home theater horn subwoofers (a la TubaHT but with drivers you can actually buy), and was wondering if anyone else had a recommendation for a good configuration. Fidelity is far less important than the ability to produce 120dB in-room at 25hz or below.
I WANT TO BUY SOME W22EX001s. PM me if you have some for sale!

Just an FYI, the Dayton DVC sub is available again at PE although currently not in stock. There are several other subs that will work in that design such as the Reference subs.
