Default A Big Subwoofer question...

Hello guys,

I have a Big dilemma!
Recently I sold my 5m Fullrange horns, because I wasn't happy with the bass response.
However, now I am looking for a better inheritor and i am really confused about which way to set off.

In the last week or so I was reading a lot about different subwoofer designs.
Unfortunately I do not have enough time to dig seriously into any theory.
This is the main reason for the thread.

I will start with what I would like to hear/feel:
Rich, effortless, very fast, very detailed bass response.
I would like to cover 20 to 150-200hz.
I understand how hard is this!

So the following options occurred to me:

Fullrage
Visaton B200 in some type of enclosure.
Is it possible to front-loaded it with a short tractrix horn?

Bass - 40-150hz
A Tapped or front-loaded horn with 15" speaker.
Speakers available to me: Most of BMS, Eminence, Visaton.
Maximum volume per box: 350 liters.
One sub per channel = 2 subs for stereo

Low Bass - 20-40hz
Another tapped or any other horn placed in one of the corners of my room.
Speakers available to me: Most of BMS, Eminence, Visaton.
Example: Volvotreter 20hz 15" tapped horn?

I will be very happy to hear from you!
Regards!

hi guys,

Want the same thing too, volvotreter's 20hz Tapped horn is too tall, I am in an apartment, can't get a 2.4m cabinet into the elevator.

Any chance for a plan on a double folded 18hz~20hz Tapper Horn, or Stepped horn, or even T-Line sub?

Better still, any chance to get my hands on the Danley DTS-10 plan?

Cheers

Easiest way is to send Tom the money and buy the plans, he does so much for the community why try and cheat him out of his livelihood??
