I have a Polk PSW1000 (PSW1000 Product Page : Powered Subwoofer : Polk Audio) box and drivers and M&K VX-1250 amp (http://apexjr.com/images/MK_sub_VX-1250_manual.pdf).
Each driver is 3.5 Ω/88 db. Should I connect them in series with this amp? Or would it be able to handle a 2Ω load in parallel? Also, the manual says to run the subwoofer output from my receiver to the left rca input, and that I don't need the right. With two speakers should I use both the left and right? I don't think the amp can handle 2 ohms. Will running them in series have any effect on the sound? because the are not dvc. If I run the left and right from the receiver instead of just the left, and the speakers are wired in series, will it drive them as 2 individual subs?
