Hey, I built two sets of that layout as double 18s about 20 years ago.

The first set were tuned to 38hz for PA work and worked swell to the 250hz crossover point. The second set were 6th order tuned to 28hz and after destroying two sets of drivers (the magnets came loose on the first set and started 'clanking') were re-tuned to 40hz.

Hi Epa

I like small, and bandwith is for say 20 to 150 Hz, I will go over around 100 Hz.

make it so volume is not to big, but I think this is difficult with 20 Hz, I say try the best
you can, I have hornresp and now a little how to work with it maybe you can help some with this.

I have now here the plenum alone where I want to measure the two woofers in it but why not use a plenum a la ripole who conusses face eacht other the magnet structure is both in the box, I have that not seen yet and maybe it works better for home theatre use.

thanks

kees

I have made a picture of the slot, I presume this is what is needed, the speaker is so tight that it can not though the sleeve but one panel has to be removed.
