thanks. I feel confident that it will work out. At least it is not a hugely expensive experiment. Should be well under $600 total.

Hey James,

A bit off topic but how's that shorty center working with the tall mains? Does it sound better than a phantom center? Centers are always a problem with a big screen.

Default Center under construction

The prototype center experiment in my photo.

Works fair, but there is some lobing, and of course the drivers are not matched.
The actual center will be a shorty, array, and it is close to being finished. Here is the current state.

Unfortunately I have been working long hours. So it has been siting like this for the last 2 weeks.

I'll update you when I get them done.
