So I want to connect my PSW to my power amps speaker out terminals. However, my stereo amp only has binding posts for two speakers. Is it ok to just hook the psw in paralell with the speakers. I.e. two wires per binding post, one going to the speaker and one going to the PSW.

It's probably fine to do so as you described. Just to confirm: the subwoofer has speaker-level inputs?

Yes my sub has speaker-level inputs. Other PSWs i have seen have speaker inputs and outputs which is ideal, but mine only has inputs. I was worried hooking in paralell would effectively draw more load or something weird...

Nah, the impedance on the speaker level inputs is very very high, so the current draw will be extremely small.
