New Live sound Tapped horn

Just discovered this tapped horn, on hornplans.

Plans & Spl charts can be found here:

MTH-4654

I'm wondering if this will design will work with any other drivers.

I have just contacted the designer for this, and he has confirmed that the eminence 3015lf has a very good responce in this, but has a limited input of 450watt.

MTH-4654 with the recommended RCF driver

- 37Hz -3dB pour 1 caisson
- 33Hz -3dB pour 4 caissons
- 30Hz -3dB pour 8 caissons

PLot of 8 compared to startec SBH (super bass horn)

That's one mighty big void right there in the middle of the horn. Were you just unable to get rid of that void? Wasted space doesn't make any kind of sense whatsoever in a pro audio box.

I would use the supplied dimensional drawings, and come up with an HR model from that.
