Hi, I need some help. I just got this speaker, and it seems to have great features for building PA or bass guitar box. What I want is, multi functional bass box, mostly for bass guitar ( matched with my 2*10 or 4*10 cabs), or to use as PA Sub in small gigs. Due to that I would like to keep the weight an size as small as possible, and it doesn't have to go to much under 40Hz, just need it to play nice
Is it ok to make the box with data from this diagram, or I can get same features with even smaller enclosure? however, 105 litres (~4,2 cub feet) seems to be already to small) but, I am not an expert. btw I ordered 18mm plywood (0,708") already thanks, Slobodan Last edited by bobekucor; 10th August 2010 at 04:09 PM. |

Hi bobekucor,
Looks like you could even reduce the volume from the manufacturer's suggested enclosure, and still get to 40Hz. Play around with the volume and port values in Hornresp. Regards,
