I designed a subwoofer enclosure for a RSS315HF-8 and had Nic Brewer build the box for me. The amp is an O-Audio 500 Watt.
I used the ratios of .794 by 1.00 by 1.26 for the overall dimensions and the net volume is about 8000 cubic inches. My main speakers are Zaph's ZD5. So, to get to the point, I felt like the ZD5s were lacking somewhat in the bass but were great otherwise. Well, little did I know what a sub would do for me! I previously played S.M.V.'s Thunder album without the sub and didn't understand what people were raving about since I didn't hear much bass. Enter the new sub! Wow, this thing is amazing! The bass is so articulate, just what I wanted since I mainly use it for music. So, kudos to Nic for a job well done and kudos to Dayton for making a dynamite driver! I am extremely happy with this sub!

I'll have to find my camera. I so seldom take pictures that I never can find it. If it turns up I'll see if I can take a picture....
