Cool XLS10 power amp

I am studing if i buy or make an amp for my sealed peerless xls10 sub.
My question is, for the xls10, 120w is it enough?
Or because of the high impedance between 50hz and 20hz i have to have large voltage, so more powerfull amp?

this is for 90%music, all kinds...

thanks,
ru
