XLS10 power amp

I am studing if i buy or make an amp for my sealed peerless xls10 sub.:scratch:
My question is, for the xls10, 120w is it enough?
Or because of the high impedance between 50hz and 20hz i have to have large voltage, so more powerfull amp?:confused:

this is for 90%music, all kinds... :D
