So... I just went and ordered two of these drivers. Maybe I'll have to be the guinea pig here.

I guess they will be arriving in 5-6 weeks.

I've got calibrated measuring equipment and simulation software, so hopefully I'll be back with some interresting data.

Turns out Precision Devices won't be supplying any 24" drivers for a long time. They somehow broke the mould they use to make the chassis, and they don't seem too willing to fix this in any near future.

PD has still 24" Drivers in their range, one with a Ferrite and one with NeoDymium magnetic structure! Go to Speakerplans.com, there you get a plan for a 21" Basshorn! You could scale it up to the nessary dimensions for the 24" Driver!
