Ozzy TL Woofers???
Hey all from Melbourne.
I'm planing a tapered TL for my home system but can only find a limited set of drivers from local suppliers. Vifa subwoofers, Peerless subwoofers, Scan-Speak subwoofers, Quadral subwoofers - Speakerbits I've heard good reports regarding the Peerless XLS range but am open to suggestions. The budget is about AUD $300'ish and I'm hoping to get down to 25Hz If possible  My main speakers are 4 Ohm (MTM) at about 85dB efficiency. The plan is to use a Arcam Alpha 9, controlled by my 640A, to drive the sub then build another sub when cash permits and eventually get a DCX and go active  Does anybody have any tips or experience with TL woofers to ease the selection process?
