I am asking if anyone who know to design tapped horn very well can help me design one
I want to use 18 0r 21 inch speaker I am open to any idea. |

See this thread Ricci's dual B&C 21SW152 build thread., and take one of the two TH's there as a starting point.
On the 600l version-I would drop the lower corner to ~20Hz, and shrink the mouth a little to keep it at the same size. You lose a few dB overall, but not enough to worry with. If you are willing to go over 650l you can gt the missing dBs back and more by raising S4. Think S4 low 2k, L23 low 400s, and L34 80-90s. For the 370l version just approximate the same percentage of change listed above. If you drop the compression you can shrink S1 to normalize the frequency and impulse response back out. Good luck. |
