Need 10" (12") driver for 30 ltr enclosure. (1.1 cu.ft)

I need suggestions for a 10" (or 12") sub driver that will perform well in a 30 liter box max.

I doensn't matter if its for sealed or ported.

I have some requirements for the driver/box. Should be able to go below 30hz, max price is 200euro/250$.

High SPL is not required, since my livingroom isn't that big.

Amplification will be Hypex DS 2.0 (or 4.0)

Any suggestions are welcome
