Pryamid Clear Woofers or Goldwood Heavy Duty Woofers any Good?

are these Pryamid Woofers any Good?...anybody used them?

also...they are listed under the Home Speakers Section but they seem more like Car Audio Woofers.

the Goldwoods look intreasting and Better Built than the Pryamid's.

does anyone Reccomend either of these?...is either one better Sound and Quality Wise?...or should i look elsewhere?

Intended use would be the Bass for a 3 Way Speaker....

I'm pretty happy with the Goldwoods. I used the 6.5's in my car. Not bad at all for the price. My friend had really good luck with the Goldwood 8's for home use.

What kind of a budget do you have?

Depends on your end use of the speakers. The T/S parameters may work better with one speaker over the other depending on your box design.

I used a pair of Pyramid speakers in some ported boxes and the the parameters happened to work well. In my case, the speakers were actually produced by Eminence as I found when I dug up the PDF.

i was either Planning a MTM with a Tweeter in the Middle or Both of the Woofers on the Bottom with the Tweeter on top.
