I need an 8" sub woofer driver, it doesn't have to look that good as it won't be on display, I would like a reasonable output around 150Wrms and, if possible, to be on a low budget. Thanks

Ones to consider are the CSS Trio 8 (i have 4 i'm playing with), Wavecor has a nice one that fots in a very small box, there is a Tangband that is polular and the Apex Super 8 os a value leader (i have a push push sub with these drivers)
I'm sure you will get more suggestions. dave

The one I'm using is £16. DVC, 60W per coil.
--|55-1455|DUAL COIL WOOFER 8" | CPC If you're interested, I'll send you a copy of the PDF with all the parameters in. It prefers ported over sealed, will hit mid 30s in a 30L box tuned to around 40Hz (maybe lower) I put two of them in a 42L sealed box, Linkwitzed them to death and got 28Hz f3. You say the drivers won't be shown. What enclosure are you thinking of?
