can someone recommend a good 15 inch speaker for a folded horn

Not sure what would be the most cost effective solution for you, sometimes this depends on your location.
Precision devices make drivers suitable for horns.

The PD158 is suitable for horn loading, some prefer the PD154 for some bandpass horn speakers.
Beware of some other drivers usually with lower bl ratings that are suitable for reflex designs. Some of these will tear to pieces if used in a horn speaker.
If possible learn how to use hornresp, and run a sim on the driver and horn cabinet to see how it will perform.

Lots of JBL, EV and Eminence designs work well in horns, but it's application specific.

If you're a beginner like I am, I'm currently enamored with the Eminence Omega 15 LF. I've used it for two builds, and it'll can take a fair amount of power -handy for todays party bangers.
