My amp is a BASH 500.

Here's one possibility:

Critical Q Sub-Woofer

It requires a little bass boost, and I'm not familiar with the BASH features. - Pat

How does this sub sound? I have a pair of these speakers, with the same amp (x 2). I was looking to build this unit(s) as well (two of them)... Would you make any changes to improve?

Mike

I was playing around in hornresp on this driver a couple days ago trying to find a combo that gets me 20Hz without being too long. The path is a bit long with this driver at around 5 meters, but I'll post it here just for fun.

Although the voltage is limited to 28V due to displacement @ 25Hz (not sure if the T/S params are for series or parallel coils), the efficiency of the cab will get you 20Hz at 125dB when placed in a corner. Not too shabby, 'cept for the long path which makes for a HUGE box.
