Badger me if you like but I've decided to use a foam for the grille covering
on my subwoofer, or at least try it. Dispersion problems down there are not the concern as much as air movement. Has anyone used a foam? Certainly it needs to be open cell and structurally strong -- anything I can get on McMaster Carr etc? 3/4" thick probably. The JBL used what? They just say "poly" foam -- which could be a number of things. |
