KM Laboratories - Anyone?

So I own a set of KM 205's.
i have searched and searched for info on these. The only thing I have found
is
KM Labs in U.S. Move
and
http://www.audiocircuit.com/index.php?c=KML&m=KM-205

Any one here have information about this company?
Martin Electronic KM-205
Made in Belgium. So this was before the move to US for manufacturing in 1981 or so I assume.

Someone has have to heard of these guys ...
I came across a deleted For Sale post in NY for something from them. Unfortunately it was deleted and couldn't send poster an email ...
