Old Kicker Competititions Seperates

Does Anyone use these subwoofers anymore? I recently went to a Swap Meet and found one good conditition. It's a 8 ohm ten inch woofer. Also does anyone have specs on these old speakers? And what year they were made. I wanted to use it in room on my home stereo reciever since its 8 ohms.

Sounds like it might be it...

Personally, I wouldn't use it at home unless you have a plate amp. Simply running it off the receiver is not going to sound good at all; you need to run the sub off another amp, and get the signal from either a line-level output on the receiver, or use a speaker-level input.
