Looking 500W 4ohms amplifier for Polk Subwoofer

Hi guys, i need to build an 500W AMP for my 4Ohm Polk MOMO Subwoofer.

My budget are like 200USD, i dont want to purchase an plate Amp, i want to build it myselft.

Hi,
look at the quasi range of amplifiers.
Is this PA/disco use or domestic use?
The power supply and cooling requirements for these are very different.

Expect to need a 45+45Vac, 750VA transformer.
Price that and add in some 80Vdc smoothing capacitors and your budget is almost gone.
Now look for a heatsink and chassis and amplifier and hardware and you're way over budget.

Buy an old but good working order PA amplifier.

What about UCD400 amps?

will try to find some amp here, but in argentina is hard to get good amps at nice price

1pair of Mosfets are never going to meet your 500W target.
That amp is specified as 200W into 4r0, but it's probably nearer the truth as a 150W into 8r0.
