It looks like a nice and easy to build design. Personally I don't think the S3-S4 section will work out to be the way you simulated it.
Because you're using 3 times 8 Ohm drivers, 2.8 V translates into 3 Watt's because it's actually into a 2.66 load. Wkr Johan

you might want to reexamine this design. its pretty big, for good performance a mouth of 2500 or even less cm² should be enough. the bend is kinda extreme, it could behave totally different from what you simmed. the sim itself is pretty bumpy in the frequency response, aim for flat. if you want a horn of this size, look at some premade front loaded design like the labsub.
