Thanks for the advices.
Talking about flooding, I don't know how it is in the US, but very often in France, houses have a basement. So, if we are unlucky enough to have some water coming in the house, most of it will go in this basement. Of course, if there is 1 meter of water outside of the house ... we can't do anything about it (but in this case, we have chosen a very very bad land to build).Anyway, I will see which material to use when the design will be done. First, I have to finish the decoration of my 2 main speakers. Then, I have to finish to program the firmware of my preamp and build it (the design is done already). After this, I will be able to make my 3 F1 amps. And only then, I will really begin to think about the subwoofer. But I guess I won't have too much choice, I will have to make it big, and it will have to be part of the futur house or appartment I will buy one day. Until then, I will have to live without the subwoofer. |
