Update.
Klipsch has provided the required info. Exchange is possible for $60.00 USD at this time from Klipsch USA but not Klipsch Canada ( MICRON in Toronto). If you have any problems with your Klipsch sound system in Canada.. Call the Service Center in the USA as its not worth the time or trouble too deal with Micron.
