Question Cheap sub usable?

Hi,
I stumbled across the BS-112a sub some time ago
It seems to fit my needs for a cheap and small sub that is still usable
driver is dirt cheap, the Mivoc AWM 124 (datasheet) about 74€

What do you think about it, is it ok or could there be made some improvements, or maybe other suggestions?

Cheers
