Default Reckhorn 402

I am also looking at something like this.

Reckhorn states:

frequency response subwoofer with subsonic filter
15 - 300 Hz / -1dB

At what piont does the frequencing become noticeable if it's still mono?

If I want to drive my bass speakers up around 150-200Hz.
Would I need to have two of these? One for each channel.
