I have 2 Dayton 385-88 15" subwoofers lying around.
I want to build some 70 Hz and below subs with them. Looking at a TH, I have used HR to come up with something: Here's what I have come up with. and also I have a box I was going to rebuild. It is roughly 15 cubic feet. 3/4 " build measuring 23.25 w x 23.25 d x 55.5 t. So I used a max liter displacement of 428 Liters. The 2 I came up fell within that @ 346 and 387 Liters. With bracing etc I assume the finished product would be close to those numbers. But laying it out in a usable manner is another thing. Someone want to help me with the layout plans? |
