I've read a couple threads here with people using these Tang Band 6x9s
http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshow...4-837&scqty=16 So my plan was to use 12 of them for a pair of dipole arrays. This is a home theater setup so the mid-bass arrays need to be capable of at least 110db from 40-200hz. My subwoofer is an IB with 4 Avalanche 18" drivers, which covers 10-80hz well but isn't much good above that. ![]() I need to tuck the mid-bass arrays between the Acoustats and the side walls as the screen is 8' wide and the ESL's are just at the viewing edge. My mains are Acoustat Spectra 22's. I would be getting a Behringer DCX2496 to do crossover and time alignment. Do you guys have any comments or suggestions? |
