Default Home sub to car, possible?

I'm getting rid of an old Harman Kardon home subwoofer and I'm wondering if theres a possibility it may be taken apart and made somehow as to work in a car system. Its a 10" speaker, basic specs are AC 120V 60Hz 200W. And if it is possible, a basic rundown of how to do it would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input, seems like a possibility the guy I'm giving the speaker to would keep in mind.

I did a similar thing, except I rewound the toroid, to give the 12VDC in to the +/-24V output. Worked rather well. My 120watt home amp kicks louder than those so called 800watt car amps.
