Do I need to spend another 2 minutes searching for another amplifier to meet the "some" criteria - no, one is enough for you, so it must be for me?

Seeking attention by "bashing" a manufacturer who caters to the DIY market, on a DIY forum, is pretty low.
Do you know anybody who runs a home theatre system using 5 CAD280SA . Virtually nobody runs valve power amps for home cinema.

Subwoofers are the domain predominantly home theatre, and the market this guy is focusing on, the CAD280SA is a stereo product , Cary Audio make a Home theatre product called Cinema 1 for example THD is less than 0.05% 20-20Khz, which is more typical of the situation.

I was a sometime audio forum obsessive "truth seeker"/ "counter thruster", but have tried to balance my life

When you started to counter on Thiele and Small, I sensed that you may benefit from some other outlets. Have you considered joining a debating group, martial arts, etc? I’d try fencing first.

Cheers

Do you mean to tell me that you no longer seek the truth but rather live in a world of delusion and fantasy ??

Besides I thought this forum was about debating where it is possible that not everyone shares the same opinion.

I used Thiele and Small to highlight the fact that sometimes a good technical education is needed to make progress and to improve the understanding of an otherwise subjective field.

Taking advantage of diyers by promoting mis truths and exaggerated claims is even lower

What is the actual definition of high end and who decides whether something is high end or not ??

After giving warnings about personal attacks, I see that they have continued. That's too bad. I am closing the thread, and there may be further action for deliberately ignoring a moderator directive about rules-breaking.
