Hi David_Web,

At this stage I have no plans to add a comparison feature to the Impulse Response tool or to export the results.

Kind regards,

David

Hi Sabbelbacke,

Not a problem. If you do find any bugs in the future, please let me know.

Kind regards,

David

Hi David

Any chance (i.e. can it be done simply!) of making Hornresp able to cope with multiple drivers at different positions in a tapped horn, to try and tame some of the resonant peaks by averaging them out?

Cheers

Ian

********Feature request********

I was trying model a driver mounted to the sides of a tractrix horn(danley style)

My suggestions

1. allow horn segments before tractrix, OS, l'cleach segment
2. Change the way segments are handled to allow for more segments(say 200)
and I can simulate them in conical segments

Of either option needs to still work in offset driver mode

Hi Ian,

Sorry, no chance - it would require just too much work :-). You could always use AkAbak, though.

Kind regards,

David

Hi brsanko,

I hope to eventually enhance the Impulse Response tool so that it can be applied to any horn system. It may take me a few weeks though - I am a bit busy at the moment :-).

Kind regards,

David

Hi Mach5,

Unfortunately the features you suggest would require a complete re-build of Hornresp. Sorry, it is just not going to happen :-).

Kind regards,

David

Greets!

Short of reusing older sims, is there a way to increase the 999 limit or choose which .dat file to load?

TIA,

GM

Hi GM,

It is not possible for Hornresp users to increase the 999 limit or to choose a different data file to load. I was wondering when you would reach the limit - I could see from your recent input parameter screenprints that you were starting to get close. You must be the only person in the world to have 999 records in Hornresp :-).

Kind regards,

David
