I would buy this amp:
http://www.apexjr.com/Apexsenior.htm And use two of these wired in series and run in a push-pull cabinet (like M&K): http://cgi.ebay.com/12-Eosone-Woofer...QQcmdZViewItem It would cost less and out perform the M&K plate amp and single M&K woofer.

"What is a push-pull cabinet? "
Push-pull is a way of mounting drivers to reduce distortion, there are may ways to do it. "How many cu ft?" What ever your drivers require.
