Perhaps Tinitus is right, There is no Huge advantage to using 2 amps and theres too many adjustments to get a "little" If any improvements.

Btw the box is small for 2 subwoofers but optimal for 1, thats why I thought I could sell one.

What I would like Is A more powerful plate amp but the site I email just will not Answer! this would be so simple lol

Thanks for all your input

What about if the subsonic filter and eq setting were diff, just sound problems again?

btw im just asking not cause im gonna have them diff, I just wanna know what could happen if I tried

So if the eq settings were different - it would just mean that one amp will work harder than the other, but still within the amp's limits - right??

Just hook the amps up - 1 amp to 1 coil, take a listen as see if you like it.

BTW: don't car amps have a ton of protection circuits anyway??
