Box dimensions

I have some older Cerwin Vega woofers that I would like to build a box for. Cerwin Vega does not have the parameters for these older woofers. The original enclosure was approx 4.97 cubic feet with two 4 inch ports 9.5 inches long. I would like to construct 1 box with both woofers wired in series in it with no internal divider . My question is would I double the volume to 9.94 cubic feet and would I use four 4 inch ports 9,5 inches long , or does this change some dimensions when more than 1 driver are in the same enclosure. any help you can offer is appreciated. Yep,that will work fine,or you could add the divider,which would add some more bracing to the box.
