Lost on this one, looking through my stuff I found it. No idea what I should do with it or what it is. Yes I'm a sound newbie, any help would rock, thanks!

It looks like a small, non-powered bandpass woofer with speaker level in and speaker level out jacks on the bottom.

I think cal has it. It will also have an XO in it. Mate it with a pair of small satelittle speakers and you have a sat.sub system. Note the sat impedance & efficiency will need to be in the ballpark of what it was originally mated with.
