Trying to match a sub driver with setup

I have been looking at all the drivers out there and I can't decide which one to use and what setup will yield the flatest response down to below 20 Hz.

The setup is all HT, not for music. I am looking at accurate, fast but also deep sound. The budget is $1000 for driver/amp. Cabinet will be around 10-14 ft^3.

Will be matched with a set of B&W 683's.

These were the drivers I was looking at, all 15's:
Aura NS-15
JBL W15GTi MkII
TC 3000
SI Mag 15
Dayton RSS390 HO/HF

Yeah, the last one is if I want to go with a double driver setup.

If you have any other suggestions, let me know. I will model and build once I have the driver picked out.

Here is a suggestion for the Aura NS15-992-4A driver in a net 7 cu ft or near 200 L low distortion ported box that reach 15 Hz.
