have a shivas sub matched with a 350w plate amp
I have the plate amp in a separate box my wife rearranged the lounge room the other day . & moved the power supply . now my sub has a strange rumble only a certain frequencys other wise it works fine .I have checked all the connection . does anyone have any ideas thanks |

Rumble or hum? If hum maybe the input lead is picking up mains fields.

its a rumble. could it be interference from another source ?

Download a sine wave generator and hook up to the sub amp, probably the best way to find a fault.
