My missus got an email yesturday, linked to its website, browsed, then closed the website and guess what? The email dissappeared!! This happened in Windows Email app of Internet explorer 7 on Vista Home Premium. The email was from a trusted sorce?????
This happened a couple of times in Outlook from Office 2003, she says.

Regards

I am working away a lot at the moment. I can get online occasionally but due to security I can only do basic browsing, no email or anything else. I will be home in a couple of days and can check mail then.

As for your problems, I don't know. I formatted my sisters new laptop that came with Vista and put XP on. She now reports it boots up about 3x quicker, runs faster and shuts down about 10x quicker.

Also I don't use Microsoft web products, Mozilla ones work better for me

Yup, they have better sound from the headphone socket than some high spec sound cards!

But then again, do you really wanna be a mac boy? Why don't we just all buy Bose speakers as well. [ducks outta the way]
