I aquired this Pulsavac through an auction at a local hospital. In the picture you can see what looks to be two of the old Quam magnets, the voicecoil is at the upper left. There is a nice Piltron toroid and an APEX PA12 power op amp. The device had a fixed frequency of around 80hz and an amplitude adjustment. The voicecoil drove a pump mechanism used for cleaning wounds. the output is around 100 watts continuous. The parts are great for a project and there are a few of these on Ebay for under twenty dollars.
