You can't break the law---

Any sub with high SPL and low Fs must have a very large VAS (or low impedence)--

So if you don't mind having a huge enclosure, it would probably be an 18" pro sound "sub" that would qualify as "plays loudest".

I can't tell you how many hours I spent looking over specs.....

Quite rite, all high sensitivity subs are bigger and powerfull than the normal subs, i tried to find a small small sub with 94+ spl but i guess its not here on earth..
