Maybe watered down white glue?
I like Weldbond but you might also consider cheaper white wood glue. Just a thought. Hugh

Hi Hugh, that was my first thought too, although I may have to skin it with some 1.5mm Luan ply to make it work, all this adds cost but still cheaper than making a new box.

IS it cheaper? All the time to make a bad box work....
A rectangular box is about as easy to build as there is.

Yes:! but this is Australia!! / We no longer make anything in this country/ everything seems to be imported and expensive/ and if I can save $50 to spend on better drivers for my next project it will make next project more acceptable to SWMBO.
Actually these boxes sound good, the original SEAS drivers have gone to another home and I have used this particular 10" in another project for my daughters party boxes so I am familiar with requirements, 30 litre sealed and stuffed will give -3db of about 40 which is acceptable Regards Ted

Bah, just feed the old cabs to the dingo and make new ones with digeridoo ports.

people are always throwing out old chipboard bookshelves etc....
dissasemble, cut to the size of your box faces & use copius amounts of liquid nails - works well.........doesn't look so good, but I'm sure you can scrounge a can of left-over paint from somewhere..... (I'm still using boxes like this for my woofers; too lazy to build new ones :-)
