Some help with an inductor value

I am making a simple lowpass filter for a 4 ohm sub for my cesktop speakers, and I can't find the little java proggie that I use to calculate inductor values.

So here is what I have: a large inductor from Partsexpress that I want to unwind to get something in the neighborhood of 5.3mH. It is made of 20 ga copper, and it an air-core toroid. The inner diameter is about 1" and the height is about 1 3/8". there seems to be (from a quick count) about 480 turns of wire available.

Can anyone help me with this math or point me at a calculator?

My calc says that inductor is 4.6-4.7 mH so if what you gave for data is correct, you don't need to unwind.
