Default potential subwoofer cabinet to give away

All,

I have a early 90`s NEC RPTV with 42 inch screen which I have been trying to give away. No takers. It is a fine looking oiled oak on heavy particle board cabinet on caster wheels and it seems to me it would make a great looking furniture cabinet for a large, efficient subwoofer project. I will gut the electronics and whomever wants this cabinet can come by with a pickup truck or large van and take it away. About 1-1/4 hr`s drive NW of Toronto near Shelburne is the location.

The enclosed picture shows the set with the front doors closed. The blems on the side are cobwebs, not dings. It is not as dusty looking anymore since I vacuumed it up. It was sitting in a sawdust zone of the woodshop for a while but has always been indoors in a heated building out of the elements.

I would use it myself but I have no room in my HT room for anything this big. I will have to go with a coffee table sub when the time comes. I think this is similar in size to the box of the Labhorn.

Send me PM if interested. If no takers in a week or so it gets put out in the rain. I need the room desperately in my shop.

I am constantly in a state of indecision about some project things like this so I will reserve the right to cancel this offer if I change my mnd about making a sub out of it myself.
