Flare port Tutorial

hi all,

I have searched the forum but with no luck.

I'm a new poster, and im interested in building some 4'' DIY flare ports, i've already gathered some knowledge on it from the www.subwoofer-builder.com with respect to the math and calculations, but the site seems to lack a bit in the actual process of making the port,

Does anyone know a site i could visit to get at most a step by step tutorial or even if anyone has pics of the their own process,

I'll be using the method of building the mould and heating the PVC over it via hot air, looking at a Flare of about 25mm.
