Hi,
I have 4 pcs of 2SK163 from an old Luxman amp and I would like to use them in a simple linestage with approx. 6dB gain. The problem is that I am missing data.... I have made a small test, measuring the IDSS with gate and source shortes and with 10V supply: 1: 9.39mA 2: 9.24mA 3: 9.53mA 4: 9.56mA The first stage will be a grounded source with 2SK163 and the second stage an emitterfollower (BJT). Supply is 40V to second stage and 35V to first stage (R-C filter). I have simulated with good results with a J109 fet with 1k source resistor and 2k4 drain resistor. But what will be the right values with 2SK163? |
