Orcad Capture Part 2SK1058

Hi all,

I tried all the model I found in the forum but I get a Divide by Zero error. Anyone uses Orcad Capture with 2sk1058 and 2sj162? Please help me!!

I can only offer you the models I have, perhaps there is something wrong with yours:

Hi,

Many thanks I checked the model but in my opinion the problem is when I create Orcad Capture part. If someone has some part or symbol for another simulator (such as LTSpice or Microcap) maybe can help me.

The models I posted are from the Microcap library.

Unfortunately, I don't know Orcad.

I will go downstairs and pickup a microcap manual to understand the mos model!!
