The very first thing I would do is replace the emitter resistors in your diff pairs with current sources.
The diode in your mirror is good but a transistor would be better. |

How is the common mode operation? Is the voltage source feeding the differentials and mirror regulated? I would lower the -rail to the differentials a little more and cascode the second differential(VAS). Or even both of them
